PLA is a plastic! And Resin is well...RESIN! With resin cutters, we are able to achieve more finer details and have sharper cutter edges! PLA is more for basic cutters and less detailed cutters! We love both!

We strive to get your order out as soon as possible. However, its just us, Andrew and Sarah! We like to say our processing times are 1-2 weeks so that it allows us some time to properly prepare your order. But this doesn't mean it always takes that long! Please remember, processing times does not include shipping time!

We are so sorry to hear that clay is getting stuck in your cutter! We know it's not fun trying to remove clay from a cutter! Each order receives a pamphlet to best avoid this issue! We always recommend rolling your clay on a tile after rolling the clay through a clay/pasta machine! The clay needs to have a thickness of 2-3mm, no more or less! After rolling the clay on the tile, dip our cutter in cornstarch and rub some cornstarch on the clay and cut away! This should help! Please message us if you need more help!
